  • Peter Lane

    Consultancy Director and GRC Expert - Cyro Cyber

    Peter is an Intelligence, Risk and Security specialist with 17+ years’ experience in defence and enterprise. Experienced across multiple industries, he’s a consultant and auditor for various standards demonstrated by his qualifications as a PCI DSS Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.

    Peter is recognised as a Chartered Cyber Security Professional (ChCSP) by the UK Cyber Security Council, regularly working with national industry entities such as the NCSC to design solutions and services for protection across all UK sectors. 

  • Charlie Reid

    SOC Manager - Cyro Cyber

    Charlie is the SOC Manager at Cyro Cyber with extensive experience leading cyber security operations across public and private sectors, including critical national infrastructure and defence.

     Charlie has significant experience in SOC service delivery, major incident management, service design, and incident investigation, providing oversight of complex security operations and ensuring operational resilience. He has directed comprehensive security accreditation programs, including ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 44001, CE/CE+, and Ministry of Defence standards.

  • Jack Sullivan

    Lead Cyber Security Architect - Cyro Cyber

    Jack is a senior cyber security architect and trusted industry voice, delivering innovation across defence, critical national infrastructure, and emergency services. He has contributed to UK Ministry of Defence programmes, modernised legacy OT for the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, and strengthened resilience across the Emergency Services Network supporting 300,000+ responders.

    He is recognised for translating complex cyber risk into practical, actionable strategies, improving security outcomes in high risk environments and is a frequent speaker and facilitator for technical audiences.

  • Richard Hall

    Managing Penetration Tester at Cyro Cyber

    Richard is a CREST accredited, Chartered cyber security professional (PriCSP) with 18+ years’ experience leading advanced penetration testing engagements.

    With a foundation in web application development, he brings a rare dual perspective across the secure development lifecycle, enabling him to identify and exploit complex vulnerabilities while advising on effective remediation. He regularly delivers high impact assessments and remediations across critical national infrastructure, telecommunications, financial services, and transport, and more. He also develops bespoke security tools and conducts reverse engineering to support advanced testing.
