Cyro Cyber are looking for a Project Implementation Manager to join the Operations Department. The role will focus on implementation of projects from post-sale all the way through delivery to invoicing. This position provides an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to grow with this rapidly expanding business. The Operations Team at Cyro has a wide remit: HR, Office facilities, Resource scheduling, Finance, and all aspects of Project and Service delivery.  Whilst Project Coordination and Implementation will be the primary responsibilities, the candidate will also have input to staff resourcing, revenue forecasting, and performance reporting.  

The role will be in charge of resource management, forecasting and planning delivering a variety of projects including Penetration Testing, Governance, Risk & Compliance and deployment of Cyro Managed Service architecture (Unified Security Management – SIEM, IDS, Threat Detection & SOC services).

• Deliver accurate project implementation & planning to include  

1. budget vs actual status 

1. forecasts 

1. risk & issue identification 

1. task & action list 

1. decision log 

1. revenue reports 

1. project plans 

1. milestone reporting 

1. critical path 

1. lessons learned 

1. project closure 

1. quality assurance - by adhering to company’s project delivery framework, creating artifacts, completing checklists and applying governance processes. 

2. Track resource requests for projects, work orders, pre-sales and RFP/Bids  

1. Organise Kick-Off meetings internal and/or customer facing 

1. Trigger customer invoicing when project completed 

1. Collate customer rechargeable expenses 

1. Deal with sales invoice queries  

1. Help track and manage license renewals 

1. Help Operations Director with presentation of operational performance and KPIs 

1. Help process & approve timesheets 

1. Prepare Consultancy Days Delivered reporting & forecasting 

1. Identification and feedback of further business opportunities  

1. Adhoc activities to support the Operations Team or business as required.

Proven record of success delivering multiple projects and managing multiple resources 

• Ability to work effectively in a changing and time-pressured environment.  

• Demonstrate commercial awareness 

• Tenacious, detail driven and possess strong project organisational skills  

• Strong advocacy to client needs, striving to meet or exceed client expectations 

• Ability to communicate with peers as well as senior management 

• Experienced in labour led projects and on-boarding of managed services with clear project lifecycle understanding.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• BPSS cleared and eligible for SC  

• Experienced in project coordination of professional consultancy and manged services  

• Excellent organisational skills with analytical and planning skills 

• Proven stakeholder management skills  

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills  

• Methodical with good numeric / financial skills 

• Takes responsibility and ownership of tasks, seeking clarification as required  

• Fully conversant with Microsoft suite of products - to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint and Teams (Approvals, Shifts)  

• Advantageous knowledge of Microsoft Business Central (Project job costing module) and SmartSheets (Project management tool) 

• Desirable experience within the cyber security industry sector
