Cyro are looking for an Administrator to fill a wide and varied remit of responsibilities.  The successful candidate will be expected to support the business’s back-office operations as well as drive efficiencies & cost control, across Human Resources, Office Management, Sales order processing and reporting, Timesheet management, Event Management, Procurement, Travel bookings and Expenses.

This position provides an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to be key in developing and building up the operational capability within a rapidly expanding security practice with significant opportunity for growth in the UK. There is the potential for this role to be a pathway into other areas of the business.

At Cyro we embrace hybrid working, this role requires office presence at least 3 days a week in London.  The office is near Warren Street in central London.

Responsibilities:

1.    Support on-boarding of new staff from induction to site passes to mobiles & laptops.

2.    Benefit in kind management (Health care, Pensions, Life Assurance and Income protection, Leased cars, Rewards gateway, Eye care vouchers)

3.    Maintaining and updating company intranet site

4.    Office management, meet & greet visitors, answer incoming calls to main office number, meeting room bookings, stationary & apparel, etc. And liaise with Telent site manager.

5.     Sales order processing and preparation of key reports

6.    Timesheet management, checking and processing

7.    Assist with marketing events, venue, catering, guest list, & marketing material

8.    Procurement of office equipment & office material using a purchase order process and approvals limits

9.    Booking trains and hotels for staff in accordance with company policy, using common sense and efficiency as well as being mindful of costs

10.  General support & co-ordination for the Operations team

Desired Competencies, Experience and Skills

Exposure or experience in the following is considered desirable:

•          Previous experience of a similar role in a similar environment

•          Experience of Business Central Job module and Finance modules advantageous

•          Understanding and avid interest and appreciation of global cyber security landscape
